Wanja is a photographer from Nairobi, Kenya, passionate about storytelling and using photography as a means of capturing the vibrance and beauty of the world around her. She possesses over 7 years of photography experience, and her photos have been featured by the travel company KAYAK for her architectural travel photography and the organization Black Women Photographers for her portrait photography. Wanja began her journey as a photographer documenting people's stories and capturing campus events in high school and university, to volunteering in her church's photo team for several years. She enjoys concert photography and now captures events and portraits for fun.

Maria Nevarez is an experienced professional photographer who has worked with many clients in the Chicagoland area for 5 years. She has an associate's degree in photography from the College of Dupage. She specializes in portrait, sports, food and architecture with over 400 shoots all over Chicago and the surrounding cities. She has also been featured on multiple online platforms including ABC 7 and 360Chicago.

Justin is an experienced and playful photographer who specializes in family photography. He’s been a photographer for several years and part time professionally for the past 3 years. He lives in Lake County, IL with his wife and three children where he draws inspiration from the many nearby forest preserves and wetlands.

I love to create! I have been taking photos for about 8 years now, started taking it more seriously about 4 years ago. I have traveled across the country in cars older than I am with one goal in mind - To capture beautiful, real, genuine moments of people and the world they are living in. There is no better way to train or practice photography than driving 5000+ miles and seeing nearly every sunrise and sunset over a 3-week period. I have lately been shooting live concerts and events, in addition to working on studio work with some of these artists.

I started by chasing down cars on the street to booking photoshoots of them. From there I have branched out over my 7 years of photography and have done portraits, product photos, and even a couple events.

I’ve specialized in portrait, fashion, food, product, and event photography for over two decades. I work with my clients to assure that they get the aesthetic that works best for their vision. Sam is a highly experience professional of more than 30 years. Starting his professional career in a photo studio in suburban Chicago then starting S&S Photo Inc in the near north photo district of Chicago. Working for Agencies, Design Studio and Corporate clientele. Shooting Product, Food, Beverage, Special Effects and Real Estate imagery. He is extremely well versed in lighting.

I have over 10 years in experice in videography. I worked for sears in 2015 as a camera operator learning the dslr for video as well as photography. As a fimmaker, I know the settings are similar to a photo setup. I worked around with many photographers and picked up knowledge and tips on what it takes to a proper exposed and composed photo.

Martha was born in Mexico City. In 2013 she moved to Chicago to pursue her BFA in photography from School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She does freelance photography, mainly food, portrait and event photography. Her photos have been published in several books: Soy Guelaguetza, Oaxaca y Sus Cocineras, Ritmo Color y Movimiento, and Zapotec Identity. She recently finished her Masters on Art Direction from La Bassad, Barcelona.
