Shannon Roberts is an experienced portrait photographer with a successful studio based in Kansas City Missouri for 6 years . Her passion for capturing the essence of people and thier relationships has pushed her to continue to grow and always continue her education in the industry. Her areas of expertise are boudoir, wedding and family/childrens photography.

I studied photography in highschool and college, and have experience with both digital and analog/film work--analog/film being a medium I still shoot in. I have done paid shoots in just about every photo category I can think of. Photography is not only a job for me but also my hobby. While I know it's the paid work that makes the money, I also love trying to make my work art through shooting street, fashion work, and other creative shoot endeavors. This allows me to take the same artistic perspective in the wedding/senior/family type shoots that I do for pay.
