My passion for photography started when i noticed a lot of my friends were concerned about their body image and would harm themselves to relieve some of the self hatred they had burning inside of them. I saw photography and art as my way to help them, and to show them how i saw them and how many others did too. My training was through myself and my personal development learning from inspirational photographers in the industry that i had the pleasure of meeting, Louis Murphy the photographer for KEVIN.MURPHY came across me in a photography group page on Facebook and asked me to come assist him on a shoot for Jack London, from that moment my career in the industry spiked and i can gladly say that networking has been my biggest learning tool. Since then I've been working professionally as a photographer and videographer in the fashion industry for 3 years, working with big clients such as Obey, Diesel, SuperDry, Four Kings, WNDRR and Travis Honda along side working with many start up fashion labels, established makeup artists, charities and models from Chadwick, Vivien's, Giant and FRM model management.

I provide clients with uniquely personal pieces of artwork to cherish, display and share for years to come. A company in love with the idea of documenting your world. The first portraits of your babies, your first kiss as husband & wife, or a new family portrait. I am a little bit different but I am about documenting what is real. That love, your bonds, those smiles and those big puffy heart moments.

How did you get started with photography

I started doing photography 6 years ago as a hobby when I got my first DSLR. But it is a time for me to relax; It allowed me to get away from the busy, rushing world and focus on trying to capture a certain moment of time. After a while I decided to learn the techniques so I attended in a photography courses.

What do you love about your job?

I love it as I think of every minute as an opportunity to shoot a photo and capture a moment. I just can't let the chance slip, it's just too upsetting. I Can't tell if it's passion or addiction but I get depressed when I don't get a chance to click. That's what I love most about it that every moment could be transferred to a memorable art on yours or clients' wall.

What are some of your favorite places in Melbourne to take photographs?

There are couple of places in Melbourne where I really love to take shots in them. Specially for wedding couple session and portraits. Fairview park and St Vincent gardens are two of my favorite. Parliament and docklands are another great places for taking shots. Specially at Docklands before sunset. I like taking shots at Melbourne beaches as well such St Kilda and Brighton.
