I love using technology to help someone realize their vision. I do love to capture light and life in my own personal projects when I travel but when I work with clients, I feel as though I am helping them communicate something visually that they cannot articulate themselves. It's a thrill when can exceed a client's expectations and hear them say "that's better than I imagined!"
I really enjoy shooting unique and exciting spaces. I love to capture a space in a certain way that just makes someone looking at the photo want to transport there immediately, or create a whole world in their head, just based off one perspective.
Here are some publications that have shown my work: AM New York Architectural Digest Berlingske Departures Elle Decor Food & Wine Men’s Health NY Post USA Today Zagat
I actually started doing photography because I was playing in a band that had enough success that we toured internationally, and the photography job came to me at the end of a search for a job that would let me leave town every now and then. One night it just clicked that I enjoyed taking photos more than the music that brought me to it, so I left the band and focused all my time on photography!
