I have experience photographing a wide variety of things. I have experience photographing seniors, families, children, newborns, maternity, small events, large events, rallies, and weddings which I am partial to. I have traveled to several areas in the U.S. for photo shoots, including in FL, NY, OH, and NYC, with several more scheduled. I am always looking for new and innovative ideas to push the mark and create something unique. I can think of nothing more I'd rather do with my life then to photograph it. In addition to the courses I took in high school, I also took several photography courses in college and was apart of the Film club to which my husband was the president of. I have also attended several online photography courses and trainings.

More about Danielle W....

What do you love about your job?

I love capturing the beauty, ugliness and everything in between of the world we live in. There is something amazingly appealing about capturing the authenticity of different people and communities. I love that photography is subjective, and that I have the ability to appeal to a wide range of people. I love that it allows me to meet others and to form relationships, both personal and professional. I love that it allows me to serve others and to be creative and intuitive. I love that I get to join in on the most intimate and precious time's in others lives, and to experience other cultures and lifestyles that I would otherwise not have the opportunity to be apart of. I like making a decent amount of money and providing for my family while still working for myself. My husband has developed chronic seizures in the last few years and is unable to work a large majority of the time. Running a photography business allows me to be there for he and my sons when I need to, while also allowing me to do what I love and to work hard! I love a fast pace and demanding job! The more shoots, the better!

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I have done mostly couples and engagement sessions. I have never come to a photoshoot empty handed. I always bring props and a dozen or so clothing options for all of my clients. I have a page on my website called "Dani's Closet" dedicated to my clients which is full of brand new beautiful and diverse clothing options hand picked specifically for them. I almost never bring my clients to the same locations and spend hours looking for amazing and unique outdoor locations to make their sessions special. I've driven over 2 hours away to look for breathtaking locations for normal clients. I have numerous props and accessories for all types of clients. I've even let clients wear my own personal clothing. The clean one's of course. I have done photoshoots in lakes, waterfalls, trees, woods, cliffs, gardens, their own homes in abandoned buildings and more.

Awards, honors, and recognitions received

I sell several of my photographs on shutterstock regularly. I also regularly sell my presets online. I maintain a consistent influx of customers and have only 5 star reviews and positive feedback!

A fun fact about this photographer

I try to serve others with everything I do, including my photography. Right now I am in coordination with a local high school in my area offering senior photos to impoverished student who are unable to afford a senior photo. I provide all of the tools and clothing they may need for their photo shoots. I believe that everyone deserves to be remembered, and to feel beautiful.
I have an associates degree in both Human Services and Chemical Dependency. I am one semester away from earning my bachelors in Developmental Psychology and have maintained a 4.0 GPA my whole college career. In high school I was very involved in music and acting and swam on the swim team. I was recruited to the high school swim team in 7th grade and broke several swimming records earning myself full ride scholarships to several universities. I have spent most of my adult life leading worship at various churches, large and small. I sing, and play the guitar and piano. I've been hired to sing for several events and weddings. I am currently teaching myself the cello.
I have 2 sons, a 2 year old and 12 month old. They are the light of my life. My husband is an amazing graphic designer and photographer as well. He is my second photographer. He is currently completing his bachelors in Pastoring and Apologetic, with a minor in science. We own our own eCommerce business called Frontier Farmacy selling all natural and 100% organic, holistic health alternatives.
