Deanna Giordano is quite the experienced photographer for being self taught. She loves photographing athletes, families, models, events, and products. Capturing the true moments is the most important aspect in her work. Since high school, Deanna found her passion in her media production class and took it upon herself to expand her knowledge in the field. She went on to college to study environmental science, another passion of hers. Plus, she plans to complete her degree in photography this upcoming year.
I love making people feel proud to be themselves and love themselves for who they truly are. That is why when I photograph, I capture raw and honest emotion, and bring out their positive attributes. Documenting is so special because we get to reflect on ourselves and appreciate what we have created, and can look back on it for years to come! It is my favorite to see clients truly taken back by themselves, because I have captured their beauty.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have shot numerous families together whether it be in outdoor settings or inside their homes. My favorite is capturing the children truly at ease and in playful moods, as that eases the parents and creates overall stunning photos. I am very good at calming children down and using the camera to my advantage to allow everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. This is why I have many families that return to me time and time again for seasonal photos.
