When I started as a photographer I would just learn from different online courses and YouTube. However most of my training came from learning one on one with other photographers in different fields such as wedding, portrait and fashion photographers. I could never know enough so every second I am not shooting I am learning new skills.
I love the people. I love meeting new people and hearing their story. I do every single shoot differently because I want to be able to cater to the needs and the desires of my clients. I have learned that if I treat every single photoshoot with the same love and same amount of dedication you can have a different but equal impact on the life of each individual. My favorite thing about shooting couples and weddings is the fact that I have the responsibility of giving someone the memories that they will look at decades to come.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have been privileged to work in most fields. From headshots and portraits to weddings and corporate shoots. Anyone can say that the ones that paid the most are the most special ones, but in reality the most special shoots are the ones that you don't want the to end, such as shooting a wedding where you just want the couple to be your best friends, or maybe a corporation where they are doing a charity for those who are less fortunate. Not one shoot is the same and it is hard to single one type to be the most special.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
Unfortunately I haven't reached that level yet, however I am working hard every day not to win awards but to give my work the recognition it needs to impact everyone's life.
A fun fact about this photographer
My focus is always providing the best quality, no matter the price. I love telling stories through videos and photos. My goal in life is to travel and capture the daily lives of the less fortunate, bringing awareness to the lives of refugees, endangered animals, war zones and such. I love to help others, and capturing special moments in their lives.
