I love people and bringing out their true personalities in photos. I love telling their story and capturing a moment that they can look back on and smile for the rest of their lives. I also like to branch out and leave my comfort zone when possible. Would love to do more product photography and have the chance to try new things like food or real estate. I'm self-taught and have always done photography as a hobby. 5 years ago I started doing it professionally and 3 years ago I made the jump to full time. It was scary but the best decision of my life!

What do you love about your job?

Freezing a moment and an emotion in time forever. It's a privilege when someone asks you to document a once in a lifetime moment or a season in their life. They will have these photos on their walls or in an album. They will share them with friends and family forever. That is so fulfilling as a creative!

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

Most recently I've been focusing on family photos and getting more experience with those. I love to get on the kids levels and be as silly as possible. This not only helps the kids to have a good time but gets some really fun photos!
