Lacey Wood is an accomplished photographer of people, places and things. Her camera is her instrument, and she plays it aptly, whether she's shooting headshots, portraits, events, real estate, sports, editorials or products. She interacts with her clients and subjects and embraces the inspiration, experimentation, and expertise that blend together to create her amazing photographs. Her degree is from the school of film and television at LMU, and she has 15 years experience as a director, listener and photographer. She is a former NCAA Division I athlete, plays the flute, and loves taking headshots in her private treehouse, where the light is pure.
I love being part of projects that are bigger than just me. I enjoy being part of a team that is manifesting a vision to achieve a challenging goal - whether that's capturing stunning social media images, mapping a location, documenting an event or re-creating a brand.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
My architectural photography is vibrant and explores the most provocative angles of a location. My sports photography captures the peak emotional moments of competition. My event photography is all-encompassing. I look for moments that are important and capture them in dynamic light.
