I have been doing and loving photography since I can remember. My Mother had a camera while I was growing up so I got to learn at a young age from her. I recently got my Graphic Design Degree in 2018, that came with photography classes as well. For the past two years I have created my own photography business, website, logo, & more from everything I have learned. I also do modeling and have been doing that since I was 17. Which helps me have an understanding of what my clients/models are going through, also the do's and don'ts that come with being a photographer. I have picked up many cool techniques and styles from being on both sides of the camera.
I love making other people happy. Photography gives me the chance to meet new people and to capture their own special moments. Seeing someone light up after showing them what moments I have caught is indescribable. I chose Beyond Words as my photography name because “the experience is more than one can describe it with words.” I want my clients to feel that way when shooting with me, or meeting up before a shoot and getting things organized. The phrase “Beyond words” is “an idiomatic expression that refers to an overwhelming situation where one cannot find words to express ones emotions,” during photoshoots as well as receiving their images, I feel that pictures are beyond words and that’s how I want my clients to feel. Images are so pure, elegant and timeless which is why people find it hard to express ones emotions!
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done shoots from senior photos to weddings, to airbnb/interior, and more. I make them all special by playing music and lightening up the mood, which helps people be more comfortable in front of the camera. I also let my clients peep at the photos I have already taken so they are aware of what to expect and it helps them make their own changes as well. But I also enjoy the quality time with each person, I love asking questions and getting to know them. I want them to know that I'm not there to just make money, take a few photos, and leave. I really want to connect on a special level with each client. So he/she and I can leave happy with both our hard work.
