Mario Lipkin has been a photographer since 2000, he started out doing portraits and transitioned over to interiors shooting real estate which he does for a living now and enjoys. He works with Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Lightroom CC. His style when it comes to real estate is to make sure he represents the property or listing in its best light but also accurate for the potential buyer or seller. Mario pays critical attention to his lines, exposures, windows (window pulls), etc. His post processing technique is taking an ambient exposure and a flash exposure and blending together in post. He also do window pulls when necessary to avoid blown out windows unless the client prefers that look. Mario can edit a session in an hour or two depending how complex or how many shoots he takes on per day.
As a real estate photographer I love being able to view beautiful and uniquie properties. Being able to shoot those properties in their best light is some I am very passionate about. One thing as a photographer you take pride in is your work. When I upload a set of images from a photoshoot and the real estate agent or broker calls or emails me saying "Mario,...these photos of xyz listing are amazing. Thank you" that's what drives me to perfection and wanting to make my clients and customers satisfied each and every time.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done portraits, events, real estate and food photography all in the past. You make your shoots special blending together a mixture of your personal style while also paying attention to special areas that the client wants highlighted. That to me is the recipe for making a special image.
