Nicole Fountain is an experienced photographer that is deeply passionate about her work and collaboration with her clients. Although she has been almost entirely self-taught she made smart decisions that lead her to be mentored by other visual artists and landed herself the position of lead photographer for over a year at the most popular night club on her college campus. In addition to her time in a consistent lead position, she has shot for some of America's top musicians. She earned the respect of her campus as one of the hardest working photographers as she also shot for multiple sororities on campus and was booked for over thirty graduation picture sessions. Nicole is currently working towards becoming a Certified Professional Photographer as she continues to grow her client list in Michigan.
I love catching people in their most candid, excited, and blissful moments. Whether it be at a concert, dancing at a gala, or some genuine candid shots from a graduation shoot. Being able to portray what exactly you were feeling in that moment is a task that I not only am grateful for, but one that whole heartedly fills my heart to the brim. The moment when the client and I find harmony with our ideas and create something together that will be with them forever is one of my strongest driving forces in my career.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
When it comes to portrait photography, I have extensive experience in college graduation photos. I always contacted clients with ample time before the day of the shoot to find out some of their favorite memories from college. In every shoot I found a way to incorporate at least one of their favorite memories into the photos. Finding these ways to fit my individual clients shows them that no two shoots are the same, and it is an entirely personal experience.
