Shaun Trevino is an experienced professional photographer/videographer who has worked with clients in the Monterey and San Fransisco bay area for the past 4 years. I love being able to build a narrative with my images, and then being able to see the reaction of the clients when they see the final results. Every time I shoot I still find enjoyment in the process because every situation is different which requires me to come up with creative solutions on the spot. These changes keep me on my toes and force me to adapt and improve my creative problem solving.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have taken many portraits of families and couples and how I like to shoot them is first by making sure my personality reflects the mood of the people. It is important to be in tune with the vision of the client while also being able to exceed their expectations. There have been times where the bride said she did not need any getting ready photos, however I know how important those images are to building the overall narrative of the wedding day so I insisted on taking the getting ready photos anyways, and every time they are so thankful that I did.
