My name is Stephanie Medina I am an Architect and Photographer I have worked as a photographer about 5 years ago in Venezuela. I started with documentary photography in protests, then for my career I began to study certain subjects that would specialize me as a photographer. After that, I wanted to specialize and take the courses at the Roberto Mata School that exists here in Miami of Digital 1, 2 and 3. I specialized in taking architectural photos and documentaries. My passion for this art led me to buy more equipment and I began to be an assistant to photographers in Venezuela to later become independent in jobs such as weddings, portraits, pregnancy, babies, social and corporate. Regardless of this, I also take minimalist photos as art on my own instagram account called @stephmedina
I love how we can express feelings, truths, lies, facts, memories in people. Photography is for everyone a unique and special part of life we all live by it and for me it has been a method of venting, telling the truth and at the same time being able to create art in unrealistic ways. To be clean with the Images and at the same time show the architecture, light and composition in a single image.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done everything in reality and each one has its charm. Architecture and landscape is something that we can handle as photographers looking for the exact day, light and the perspective. In social I love to create pictures without knowing the spontaneous moment, the smile, the joy, to sadness has been important to me.
