More about Tony M...

What do you love about your job?
FThis is a broad question to put it in a few words. First of all when I'm shooting anything such as weddings, sports, special events and I'm getting paid it does not seem like work at all. I would go out in the middle of the night just to experiment on shooting night photography. Every time a shoot even weddings I love it when I go back and develop all of my images come to life with colors, using various filters, and experimenting with different effects to enhanced the image. I love it every time I am blown away in shooting in raw and noticing the power of what is possible when manipulating the images using Adobe Lightroom. It's impossible to narrow just one particular topic of what I love in Photography but it's everything that I love in photography the art pieces you are able to create.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
Again as I stated earlier I've shot many weddings and the most recently wedding I've shot I made them very special because of the post work I did through Adobe Lightroom that gave it such a dreamy look to it simply because I enhanced in a way that gave the background more bokeh effect. I've never seen anyone even on YouTube that did this effect using my own personal techniques.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
I won several contest at the Art Institute for best work in photography, I was lead team directing and heading up the photographic team for our class in showcasing our work to potential future students. I was voted and received recognition certificate of best work of 2012 of Photography and composition.
A fun fact about this photographer
I love superheroes like Captain America, Thor, and Batman. Me a buddy created a muscle suit with incredible life looking stomach abs that people would laugh but be amazed when we would wear the suit they would constantly want to punch our stomachs to test how the muscle feel. It was such a crack up and a hit on several parties we attended that we were able to get a few orders of others wanting the same suit.
