I enjoy showcasing peoples homes or places of business- being able to observe the really special elements of a place and take on board the clients input and really create something everyone involved will be happy with.
I love collaborating, be it with other photographers, subjects and clients. The conversations before and during a shoot really can shape the mood of a shoot and the eventual images which develop from this.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have captured a number of family homes at dusk which have really produced spectacular images. Im very happy with these.
I also really love capturing family moments- working outside with a family in a familiar, lush spot can be wonderful. Chatting with the family and photographing, I find the images nearing the end of the shoot are often the most special. Timing this to take advantage of the golden hour at dusk can really encapsulate that wholesome quality of being a family.
