He was prompt in returning phone calls and was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Communication was excellent and he was happy to answer any questions that we had! I am SO GLAD I chose Mucci for my birthday shoot! When she arrived, her warm and cheerful energy was immediately felt. I wanted photos on the famous carousel in NYC but was told that an advance booking was needed. Amazingly, Mucci found a way to make it happen with her idea of capturing me as regular patron on the ride. The results were so stunning!!! I was moved to tears when I received my proofs!
